Parcel Delivery services typically involve delivering parcels to residential and business customers in metropolitan and/or regional communities.

Typically based at one of our delivery sites, you’ll be in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where high performance is valued. You will be supported by our corporate teams to ensure workplace safety and service expectations are maintained.

The day begins with a focus on safety and key performance indicators, before moving on to parcel sequencing activities. All articles need to be scanned with a handheld scanning device and loaded into a van, then safely delivered to customers by you and/or your team.

Roadside Delivery services typically involve routes that are in fringe metropolitan areas, regional areas with properties beyond the township and rural or remote areas.

Your contracted service will be provided articles for delivery on the days the service is to be performed. The articles provided need to be appropriately secured and delivered the same day they are received. These could be any combination of letters, small packets, parcels, and private mail bags.

Delivery preparation will involve sequencing articles into the delivery order, which then need to be delivered to a mailbox or receptacle, or as otherwise directed by Australia Post. Some articles may require barcode scanning and signatures on delivery.

In some instances, a transport component may also apply to the roadside delivery service where you will need to collect and deliver articles between our facilities. This will be outlined in the terms of the service.

Street Mail Delivery services typically involve routes in metropolitan areas and in regional townships.

You will receive articles for delivery each day the service is to be performed. All articles must be appropriately secured and delivered the same day they are received. These could be any combination of letters, small packets, parcels, and private mail bags.
