It involves a calculation: the total amount of carbon emissions throughout a parcel’s journey, and then reducing or offsetting this same number of emissions down to net zero.

• Reduce our carbon emissions wherever possible. We’ve done this by creating reusable and recyclable packaging, utilising recycled materials, introducing electric delivery vehicles, investing in renewable energy sources, and more initiatives.
• Compensate for the remaining emissions by investing in carbon offset projects through Qantas Future Project
